The school was established by Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the ruler of Ajman at that time. After Sheikh Humaid’s death in 1999, the ownership of the school was transferred to his son, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
