3. Imagination Movers
The Imagination Movers are a band of brothers who use music to inspire kids to explore their imaginations. They’ve been making music together since they were little kids, but they really hit their stride in the last decade when they started making educational music for kids.
The band members are brothers Tim and Tom Kelley and cousins Jody and Pat Sullivan. All four of them are from Los Angeles, and they’ve been making music together since they were little kids.
When the band was formed in 2001, it was called The Movers, but when their first album was released in 2004 it was called Imagination Movers: Shake Your Sillies Out! The name change reflected the fact that these guys want to get kids moving — not just dance around like crazy on stage. They want kids to shake their sillies out by playing games and doing other fun activities like painting pictures and building things out of blocks or Legos.

4. Brains On!
Brains On! is a kid-friendly podcast from the Science Museum of Minnesota. The show is hosted by Dr Ryan DeNardis, a neuroscience researcher and teacher at the University of Minnesota. Each episode focuses on a different topic related to science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) and includes interviews with experts in those fields. The show is designed for kids ages 7-12 but can be enjoyed by adults as well.
